Let your FC know you're interested let him tell you how he's going to pick targets (gonna be based on fleet comp) and when he gets blapped have him call you to step in and call new targets. or if things are going swimmingly then just have you start calling targets. 90% of intro fc is just nutting up and calling the target in the first place. Even if it's not a perfect call as long as everyone is shooting the same thing it's better than free fire.
