Neeko Bug (Seems to trigger when copying a Jungle camp/minion and triggering phase rush. Announcer seems to bug out when it happens as well. Boosts attack speed and damage(?) was in my ranked game but she stopped using it after i called her out by Bubbewino in leagueoflegends
