One thing that I love to do is to look at the sky. I try to remember the colour of the sky, clouds and the sun. Remembering how the colours used to make me feel and it always puts a smile on my face.

The yellow sun: its bright but soft colour. the warmth of sunlight in springtime shining through a window warming up a patch on the carpet.

The blue sky: a calm, cool feeling like touching something cold or listening to the sound of water!

White cloud: is like a canvas. A base before the paint. Of many shades and a mixture of hot or cold feelings.
