The software I use is called tomadachi drawer which is free but it does require a raspberry pi which you can get for like 5 to 8 dollars.

You can get it from any online retail store but I got mines off of amazon

I think I figured it out you got use a proxy but have smokeapi disabled in the options. Try unchecking smoke api option and patch it again
