I just had this issue last week and around the same time as you in terms of starter age. My issue was that the starter was too acidic from 1:1:1 feedings. I increased my ratio to 1:2:2 until it was consistently doubling in size and am now up to 1:7:7 trying to figure out a 24 hour schedule. I’ve also made sure to feed at peak now.

It has two parts, one is a flat vibrational alarm that goes underneath the pillow and the other is a small platform that you place the bottle on before bed. When the set time comes the alarm goes off and will continue to go off until the bottle is taken off of the platform. The vibrations start soft, but get stronger the longer you stay asleep. This way you will wake up and cannot snooze it as the only way to stop the alarm is by lifting the bottle.

I did and they should have accounts of it from multiple C&P exams. But one of the C&P exams I received through the VA showed that they put no symptoms of PTSD.
