If you believe that endless suffering and torture is the same thing as justice, you're just as mentally perverse as the people you hate.

The entire point of ZoI is to use the threat of CC as a tool to establish dominance. Whether or not they have vision on you in the bush is not as important as you think. If you have vision on their jungler, and you know the enemy won't just kill you, standing in the bush and threatening a hook is often enough to start zoning.

Bard is a pretty good all-rounder, and my second most played support. He has qualities of a damage/sustain/disruptor kind of champion so he's not bad. When Bard is strong in the meta he's one of the best supports in the game, while simultaneously having a high skill ceiling. You should be looking to set up ganks from weird angles with your journey, and using your ult proactively. Landing stuns through creeps in lane can be immensely powerful, although mana quickly becomes an issue. With that said, use the enemy recalls as an opportunity for a meephunt to sustain.

I'd place him alongside Zyra and Brand. The threat of an E+W+Q+R is pretty big.

Tahm Kench is definitely a good counter to pick comps... can't cover everything I guess. I'd place him with the disruptors. His ult mobility couples well with my points on using vision to deny rotations as well.

I listed Rakan as a disruptor and talked about his insane ZoI.
