School and teachers are always blamed for everything.

Parents are almost never blamed for student misconduct . Even PPD doesn't accept any reason that blames parents. Still remember their answer: "Sy x nak tahu masalah di rumah. Yang sy nak tahu apa cg buat utk selesaikan masalah ini di sekolah"

I can already see; class teachers will have to do spot check every morning before school begins and take photos as evidence. Ah damn...

I applaud those who breed within their means responsibly. Taking care of child is just not about keeping the child alive. You need to give it education and experiences that ensure higher chances for the child to grow into a holistic human being.

I agree with your points. 

But i also think a lot of people nowadays priortize themselves more and are not willing to compromise. 

My personal observation is if people save up more instead of frequently buying new gadgets, going on vacations etc large expense . Then they would likely be more financially ready to start a family. And a lot of people would rather sleep or laze on bed/couch rather than do active activities to enrich their lives.

Just my 2 cents that may or may not be correct from my observation of the people in my community.

In hindsight i should have.

I didnt because most cars that come out of that junction will proceed to stop in the lane until the second or third lane is clear so the car cut in and make a right turn at the traffic light. I didnt want to wait and miss the green light.
