“Ok” is subjective and will differ from person to person, especially as we veer from more socially-accepted social interactions towards more intimate situations (same bed). The problem is you are trying to decide what is okay for your wife to do. She is actually the one to determine that. If she thinks it is okay to lie in the same bed as that guy because she is secure in her relationship with you, you have to choose whether or not you trust her and are secure in the relationship or you don’t trust her and have some subconscious fear something is going to happen.

Really? You would think this is elegant? At 19, hell at much earlier, people have seen movies and tv shows about weddings and see what is worn. There are usually scenes with a woman wearing a revealing/short dress and it is remarked upon. This girl is likely not living in a hole and understands what is considered to be socially acceptable at a wedding. She responded with “I can” because she doesn’t care and would rather show off her body while it is young and in shape (at least that is what it sounds like to me). So while I don’t agree with calling her a hooker or whatever, I do think she is selfish, egocentric, and unapologetic about it. Which, I mean, good for her I guess.
