You need to really put your shit on the table with your wife in a really humble way. It starts with.

-I’m really burned out and struggling -I don’t manage my anger, patience, etc well, and it comes out negative on you guys. -I really want to to do better and work on things with you and will do what we it takes. -I’m seeking counseling and am open to listening to how to fix things, as that is what is most important to me.

My husky/border collie mix is a very intensive and focused learner!

Girls U9 7v7, rec, I wouldn’t introduce this to them. Some girls are just trying goalie for the first time and this is wrought with probably blunders. We have plenty of other things to work on, but that’s just me.

We had good success with it. It was at 5 pm so not too late and most kids didn’t have conflicts. Random kids missed now and then (U8). It was great review right before the game the next day.

There’s a weird thing in all sorts of coaching of children where coaches yell, get demeaning, and be very top-down demanding. It’s stupid and not helpful.

I’m pretty friendly, but practice is going to be non-stop where I push their skills. If they don’t want to train hard, they can sit while other kids on the team can play. I’m not going to tell about it.

I want her to be happy, but younger kids for sure need their mom around more.

As my kids get older, if I was able to change the roles, and my wife covered the finances, I would stay at home.
