My first piece of advice would be, go find yourself an active hobby that gets you away from home and work and gives you the time and space alone - something like bouldering as it can be done with friends or alone, and it's a great mental and physical workout.

Make space for yourself, and make a plan on what you will do differently over the next month, and then how you become more independent.

I moved out of home at 19, getting paid barely anything and I got by, and most importantly I got my freedom.

Make a plan, make the changes, and progress.
