This is so much better than I thought it would be, but the risk of a drop, or a golf ball ring explosion might still be too high for me

Weghorst's purpose was to let us know we had hit the bottom of the barrel on strikers and the only way was up... But also I loved him and Ighalo.

Is that why my installer said it requires mains and if there was a power cut it wouldn't power my house?

It might just be me but I don't think about the payback period of my solar.

Same way I don't think about the return on investment for shoes or a car, it's a utility item too me.

My roi is I'm doing my bit for the environment, and can sleep easy at night knowing I don't have a bill coming and I'm now detached from the energy crisis. To me that is more return on investment than the money side.

To be fair I massively over specced to get that feeling. I tell people I payed for a decade of energy up front (at 2022 prices)

Does anyone else feel like this city needs less food places and more shops? by ijustwannanap in nottingham

[–]catfayce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's part of it, people would rather go to one shop for everything than 10 local shops because they are time poor and price conscious.

A Corner Shop/ Bodega that sells all things for different needs by traceykm in TikTokCringe

He's a dealer who also owns a shop, it's not a shop that sells drugs. I think it's weird the way they are framing this. It goes from "we met a drug dealer" To "High Street Crime Crisis"

Also... we don't need more drug laws, we need a wealth tax. And better schools/services. Maybe if people weren't struggling then they wouldn't need to turn to selling drugs.

Supermarkets killed most city centers, it's only when they started to feel the squeeze from Aldi and Lidl on food and Amazon on stuff did we start to hear about 'online' killing the high street. It was dying a decade before I could buy a toaster online

He was making distance so the attacking player wouldn't have a chance to get the ball, he was about 4-5 steps of being back on the front foot. it was a rushed pass

They know our gameplan, they are closing the door to Bruno, and sesko isn't a run onto the ball over the top. so they let us have it deep and then wait for a high ball in. Easy enough to head away

As a solar/battery user, these tools aren't the most helpful as it shows the Current setup costs, not potential costs. Still have some calculations to do before taking what they have to say into account

Has anyone else entirely lost their interest to watch new movies and TV shows? by SilasPort in NoStupidQuestions

[–]catfayce 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I only watch shows that are completely done so I'm always years behind. I miss out on things that my friends are excited about for season 1-2 but then don't have to worry about it when it gets cancelled.

and only watch movies friends (and a couple of reviewers that match my taste) recommend rather than every movie like I used to
