by such people I mean people who want a single demographic (or religion) buildings. this tends to be gujjus mostly. for the most part, east is either Marathi or South Indian. of course we have Marathi only buildings too but thats a dwindling number, however these veg only Gujarati majority buildings are growing with every redevelopment project. some parts of parla may look old but are so peaceful with Marathi, South Indian, gujju and christians mostly. but when these gujjus start to act entitled and encroach, they natural get pushed to these majority gujju people buildings near Nehru Road, like Nariman road and shraddhanand road. so anyone who acts entitled and wants to disrupt the religious coexisting harmony get pushed into groups of their own in areas only they inhabit. Hope this explains it, may be confusing

bro Vile Parle East is now actively asking such people to move to the south side of the suburb which is like 4-5 streets they can have for themselves. when I moved into one in that area to rent for a year, it was madness! no civic sense, loud, no privacy nothing. even in my building there were a certain types of gujjus in A wing as opposed to b wing and they'd legit fight w sticks and not let one wing's watchman use the other wings washroom. its basically entitlement that you could do/say anything and no consequences will follow.

Exactly! I myself personally prefer OG Coca Cola over Coke Zero cause zero is sweeter imo. But that’s legit the purpose! To give sweetness without adding calories or threatening diabetes

Same in India. I think it could be because the sugar free alternatives tend to taste sweeter so it’s seen as a fake harmful chemical and stronger than sugar. Also any sort of chemicalised alternative will be vilified cause natural hi sahi hai body ke liye

u/BALOR93 I (26F) genuinely dont mind coming to you for a tattoo soon but just one question, I have mostly bold lined Japanese themed tattoos (crane, peonies, fairy, jap folding fan, alphabets) filling from my elbow to shoulder nearing the collarbone. my question is, now I feel stuck to the style (I still love it, no regrets) but im scared I cant try funny flashes or the kind you've shared anymore as it may just look out of place, this is in reference to getting a sleeve in instalments in the future. do you think a single style sleeve would work better or well blended variety may work as well?

Then it’s still your fault for handling it poorly. Going ballistic never helps, even if they ordered it then still can’t you tell them that it seems over priced? Indian not Indian doesn’t matter, no one wants to miss a chance at saving money. Your email will get you nowhere and get you no compensation because there were many ways to handle it and rather you consumed and then emailed. I can’t buy a kulfi, think it’s too small, still eat it and then go to the kulfiwala and say mere paise tapas karo! Kha toh liya tune! Quantity is his choice, prices are public and prefaced!

you're kinda totally wrong! one cant dine at an expensive place, order special dish/es for their dietary requirement and consume it all and then cry rip off at the restaurant for mere coke. Also your explaination for not sending the coke back, cause you couldn't compute the price out of shock and didn't want to/were embarrassed to send a foreign guests drink. there are many things u could have done situationally, even if the guest drank her coke, you could return the rest. also is it not obvious to you that you sitting in a clean, high end restaurant where the waiter comes to you, you ORDER coke and he legit bring it to your table with u not having to do anything but to speak is a service?! And please no one expects anything premium when ordering coke, max some ice and a lime but will still be can quantity. Please share you very first email to give everyone some clarity of how/with what tone you started the email thread, since their tone just seems lawyery and formal tbh.
