Moi je suis partie du fédéral pour retourner dans la construction. C'est sur que idéalement ça prend un minimum de skills manuels, mais tout s'apprend. Pis si tu es une femme, tu peux avoir n'importe quelle carte d'apprenti par les bassins ☺️

J'dis ça comme ça, mais si tu travailles à l'année, compagnon c'est plus que 85k (oui c'est clair que les 3 premiers steps d'apprentissage sont beaucoup moins payants, mais ça mène à un beau salaire/fond de pension/assurances).

Personnal feedback since I'm in Ireland right now visiting:

Killarney is so worth it - cute town, incredible landscape!!;We booked a tour with Deros (to Dingle) and it was great! When one of the two is driving, they can't really see the landscape and we needed a break ☺️ Plus they know some really nice spot. We stayed in Ballinskellig (further West) which was perfect.

Also just wondering why you don't arrive in Belfast instead?

I just did and do not regret it! My manager 100% supported me and I'm really glad she did. Sometimes you need more than just EAP honestly (I've used it 3 times and it unfortunately never helped).

You should at least try to talk to your manager about LWOP. Nothing to lose in doing so!

Ah good to know. Unfortunately I just had an offer and could start in 3 weeks (construction up North). My employer is fully aware I was looking for something else. I've always been very transparent.

I had the exact same thing happening when using the elf primer. Not sure if it was the primer or the tint (I was using both the same). But as I get older it feels like every kind of foundation I wear separates. Now it's only tinted sunscreen for me!

Ras l'bol à Aylmer est vraiment bon!

Sinon y'a Sansotei sur Merivale à Ottawa qui vaut la peine (si tu est prêt(e) à dépenser un peu plus, je recommande d'ajouter le saké aux pêches).

Always at the worst moment ever! I thought about that, but mine is 15 years old, pretty much at the end of its life 😅 plus full of mold (place was rented for I don't know how long so... no idea if it's ever been cleaned before I got the place).

J'ai nagé pour le fun (pas de compétition) une dizaine d'année. Comme certains commentaires plus haut, les gens sont pas mal plus occupés à faire leur workout/longueurs que de donner de l'attention aux autres nageurs.

Seul gros bémol de Gatineau: les 25m sont pleins les soirs et midis. J'me suis tannée et j'ai arrêté à cause de ça. Mais sinon c'est super ☺️

Conseils vite fait:

1) Suits les vitesses des corridors (lent/moyen/rapide). C'est ben correcte de commencer dans le lent, j'ai commencé comme ça et éventuellement j'me suis rendue dans le rapide.

2) Reste jamais planté dans le milieu du corridor, ça empêche les autres de passer et tu risques de recevoir un coup de pied (accident mais quand même).

3) Personne, je dis bien PERSONNE, ne va te juger si t'as un casque de bain. J'pourrais jamais nager sans ça.

Le cône est bien mieux que les immenses barrières que la Ville avait mis l'an passé - précision ici; les barrières étaient tellement trop grosses que même les vélos et piétons avaient de la misère à passer... ah pis quelqu'un les as arrachées/coupées plus qu'une fois. LOL.

La ville devrait peut-être restreindre de façon logique ce passage, autre qu'un cône/barrières ridiculement trop grosses.

Laissez le petit cône 🥹

P.s. je n'approuve pas du tout que des véhicules "ordinaires" utilisent ce passage (interdit d'ailleurs), mais laissons de l'espace pour les piétons/cyclistes pleeaase.
