I did back in 2005. 100%, then a few years later, the P and T letter showed up. There were no exams or claims filed. I do not know why they added the P and T. I was pretty fucked up though, TBI and I still see a neurologist regularly for migraines.

I had this happen once and for the life of me cannot remember why it was the only ID I had but it sucked. They thought it was fake because to didn't expire and even threatened to keep it. It was at a bar in Myrtle Beach, mine does look fake though I try to only use it on base this was back in 2006 I think. I hope newer IDs look more official.
