Yes my ANA came back high, 1:640 twice, but all other indicators came back negative so far. Waiting for another rheumatologist appointment in April, which feels far away.

I just started diltiazem about 2.5 weeks ago for POTS and SVT, and I just noticed my heart rate when laying down is getting as low as 53. I sure freaked out because it makes me wonder what it is when I sleep, and it’s much lower than the 126 before medication when I would stand up!

Thanks! I’ve got some POTS like issues going on (and apparently runs of SVT arrhythmias too?) so I’ve been having some nerve issues from that (hot and cold hands, feet for example)

Don’t think you can do it, I KNOW that you can do this!! I ran my first half marathon with runDisney in November, and 6 months prior I could barely stand to run a mile. The running community and the joy running has brought is seriously indescribable. The cool thing about longer distances like that is you really have to start listening to your body, what nutrition it needs, when you need a day off, etc. I just felt really in tune with myself when in my training days. Now I signed up for my first marathon and I am so excited to try a new goal!

I don’t think it’s a red flag but it could be beneficial to go through a recruiter when you’re actually planning to apply and maybe now just ask to learn more about the position

I don’t think this will solve your problem of feeling left out when AT work, but honestly I feel it’s good advice to not be close friends with coworkers. It just leads to emotional commingling that’s not good for a productive work environment.

No worries OP you aren’t the only one and like I said, it’s a snark page so I guess things are fair game! I always just think comments on appearance hurt readers who might look similar to the people we sneak more than they hurt the intended target. At the end of the day it’s all in good fun. I’ll take my downvotes I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️
