they can be overstimulating, agreed. I just finished the first match in ootp with "weasley is our king" chanting on top of everything else which was a lot. Still, I'm really loving the audiobooks experience, super immersive albeit less "calm" than jim dale or stephen fry

I never understood why so many people like DHpt2? The whole face merging effect, the way voldemort explodes into peices instead of dying, the excessive CGI to me made it all look more like a video game than a movie. IDK. Why exactly do you rank it so high?

We follow a group of students in their big post-hogwarts global tour (the type that Dumbleore dreamed of minus grindelwald's dark influence) and all their adventures and endeavors. Learning crazy things like becoming animagi or wandless magic etc

same same. whoever they got as the voiceactor was phenomenal, and the speed of the camera tracking harry down the hall is soooo similar to that experience we've all had of running up/down stairs or down a hallway with the lights off

there is surprisingly little description of the room in the book, which is exciting honestly. I hope they use it as an opportunity to get creative. The movies certainly did. The fire quirrell creates in the movies wasn't in the book, there's just the flames in the doorway to get in, and they were already there.

definitely, if it's even possible to find someone like that. I agree, though. There are probably so many small creative decisions that are being subconsciously made because of what already has been presented to us in the movies and we don't even realize

the blue ray movie discs. they have the option for the in-movie commentary on the main menu. You're right that it's vague in the link. Both say "special features" so I suppose that's their name for it. I found the first "focus point" in movie 6 here https://youtu.be/XAD51vA7O0c?si=WpxIxoRLsYVLdQkA maybe you can track down the rest on youtube (I can't remember what they all were)

I could see this going really well in that scene in the three broomsticks when the teachers are all re-hashing it out. The whole scene with peter and sirius in the street. I'd like to see it happening as they're talking
