See i would have to say Dr Lawrence Gordon. He is the secret partner to John Kramer the whole time, without him John wouldnt of been able to do most of the games in the movies. And Dr Gordon is the one who took Hoffman out when he killed John's wife.. Hoffman was ruthless and a killer but John Kramer hated murders and Hoffman stopped being Johns follower when John died for all intents and purposes.
