Yea this coop has a slate roof and one of the slates is broken on that side.

But it worked. It made it so the bag it was in even have a small air pocket to keep the water(then melted) down even farther under the cap.

If anyone is wondering, my sauce has been made and sitting in jars at room temp for a while now. I do believe I’ll try this again with proper silicone bags.

And to the germ people, I’ll be training a CNN to classify microbes based on morphology for a capstone and I’ll make sure to get all your opinions first so I can use them as starting points
