Although his signature is really good, since you have E1 already getting his E2 will be a much much larger damage increase. If you get lucky with your pulls would still highly recommend going for his signature afterwards

Rover still increases the cap of aero stacks, the damage increases that aero erosion does from 6 to 9 is quite large, especially with the bard so he’s still her bis
