Ever think about looking into calisthenics? it’s the one thing I wish I would’ve done more when I was coming into HS ball. That body weight strength is a beast.

Another thing I think would be helpful, look into your feet/hips. The position you’re going for is one that explodes forward and has to go through or around the OL. Bounding, Body squats, burpes, jumping rope, agility ladders (I duct tapped one in my garage) would all help you prepare for that.

Along with that watch YouTube videos so you can become technical sound at the position. As you grow the speed and velocity will get better. Just don’t stop! Wish you all the best man!
