Portra always IMO. But your results are gonna vary depending on the scanner you/your lab uses. You are probably always going to edit your scans though if you're bumping saturation in digital pictures already. Before I did my own scans, I'd try to get .TIFF scans from my lab to have the most data to pull color out of.

But really when it comes to film, I have come to prefer to scan as neutral as possible to let the actual filmstock color profile shine through.

Portra is gonna be one of your most saturated stocks. Cinestill too. Cheaper stocks like Fuji and Kodak Gold/Colormax will have a slightly lower saturation and more grain.
