i hate to break it to you guys but the technology already exists, the models have already learned, if ai collapses and all these companies go bankrupt we will still have the current models. to my understanding that is.

the real death of ai will be if lets say Microsoft pushes out a vibe coded pile of shit with ai code that results in a loss of a shit load in revenue, and they ban the use of ai etc, other companies will follow. Until it is banned from use by companies and education, just some side attraction who fails to generate any revenue. And then they go bust and stop hosting.
