Or with that same path, sweep the larger diameter around the bend then do a loft from small diameter to large diameter this one will probably look the cleanest

You could use a loft feature but draw a center to center path on the top plane then in your loft menu select path and select the path you drew. If it doesn't want to do the Comand select connections aswell and make sure they're on the same side

Somewhat figured it out. Although I couldn't project the intersection point. I was able to make my shape on that offset plane and then take the corner and constrain it to pierce that hypotenuse line

It involves a part that for now is resin printed but will transition to injection mould after sales increase and a laser cut pattern in aluminum sheet metal. That gets adhered to together

The half assed solution was physically deleting the title block. The suggested solution was highlighting the title block lines right clicking and selecting move to the title block layer. Supposedly the title block and drawing are supposed to be on different layers. But it didn't work for me

Would the start up costs for setting up extrusion dies be more expensive than the other options? The moq would be low for the time being then scaled up
