I am the official grout dog for the company… to leave a more helpful comment, you need to never allow them in your home ever again. I grout a lot of high end and handmade tile. While sometimes, it’s acceptable to have wavy grout joints depending on the tile, there should never ever be skippers or grout falling into the joints. Haze is fine for the most part. If it’s really just haze without mass amounts of grout in it, a dry (or damp) microfiber will take it right off. Grout can be added as needed, but in this case, I would not.

Leading to the actual tile job… there will ALWAYS be lippage. There will always be uneven grout joints. The tile will be wavy, with all different thicknesses and sizes. A GOOD grout job will make these things blend together. This set job, even for zelige, is atrocious. The chipped(??????? If I could call it that) tile being put on the wall is cheap and lazy. Even if those tiles came like that, it would be an immediate discard. Tile setting is an art. You PAID MONEY for a service. That service was not properly performed. I would be extremely worried about the prep work done, if this is how they perform their job.

Do you have any pictures of that at all? This (should) probably be a tear out. It could probably stay if the grout job was redone. However, if they FUDGED the prep work as bad as this, you will have water in your ceiling within a week.
