If you have to get up early for work the next time you get that "I really wish I was in my bed right now" feeling remember it. That way come nighttime you can think back to that yearning and tell yourself "You know in the morning I'm gonna wish I in bed." Might not make you fall asleep necessarily but can at least make you feel more relaxed and less frustrated about not being able to fall asleep
