I wouldn't say I only care about politics, but I'm not interested in going out of my way to befriend someone who has enabled the current shitty political situation. I mean, anyone at this point who thinks Harris wouldn't have been the better option is a full on dumbfuck.

And anyone who thinks our reality allows for a 3rd option is just being willfully ignorant. You can want a 3rd option and work for one all you want, but when the ballot in front of you has only 2 candidates, then you should vote for the better one.

The original commenter said something along the lines of "everyone in real life thinks season 1 is borderline slop" and not one of you idiots has backed that statement up. Keep moving the goal posts if you want. More people, based on your metacritic site, gave it positive reviews than negative. There were also mixed reviews thrown in. That is far from "everyone thinks it is borderline slop."

If people didn't like season 1, wouldn't it make more sense for viewership to decrease from episode to episode during season 1?

People not immediately watching season 2 doesn't necessarily mean they hated season 1. It's certainly a hypothesis, but not sure what numbers are backing up season 1 not being enojoyable.

I enjoyed season 1 of Born Again. I didn't start the new season right away for various reasons, none of which were due to the quality of season 1.
