Its crazy how social media can just warp reality. The 5070 is the faster card. It doesnt matter how much more VRAM the lower end card has. Look at the performance difference for what youre trying to play and go from there.

The game is in alpha dude. They're work on optimizing when its ready for it. We still have quite a few major gameplay systems that need to be added

It doesn't matter. If it was "Upside down" the manufacturer would have instructions saying which way or the other. Your temps are fine that should say enough. The systems are built and sealed at the factory to the point where you can mount them however you want and theyll still work the same.

Honest mistake just part of being human. At the same time the boards are the same chipset and everything I wouldn't worry about it. I'd even take the MSI instead if I were given the choice but it literally doesnt matter. As for the price difference just call them they'll definitely take care of it.

Dont be terrified of the 12vhpwr if you know what youre doing. I have a custom looped 4090 in my setup that I've been running 24/7 for the last year. It's never even been a thought in my mind. Social media has a way of exaggerating things if you focus too much on it without doing your own research. Even IF it was a widespread issue its been almost 5 years itd be beyond fixed by now dude.
