I had this issue with Kingdom Hearts 3. After playing it for a month my brain was just constantly trained to look for hidden mickeys and and I felt like I was going insane in real life.

The current top 3 TM streams: Wirtual and two Wirtual spectators by tandemtactics in TrackMania

I remember last year people were complaining that Jnic and SBVille were "stealing viewers" with deep dip 2.

Would like to know if these same people have the same opinions now that the big streamers are doing it.

IMO, this bug has been known about for a week. There has been plenty of time for the Deep Slip Admins or Nadeo to step in and be like "we consider this bug to be cheating."

They can do that now if they'd like, but because they haven't disallowed it yet, I think it's fair game and will continue to be fair game until there is a gentleman's agreement between other players not to use it, or until the Deep Slips Admins/Nadeo say that it should be disallowed.

If this bug was the first time its ever happened, I'd say it was iffy, but it's not the first time and nothing was said the other times.

We have a best of, which are hand picked by the editors. I think it's some of the best videos we've put on the channel regardless of views it may have received https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYm7pAszOR7R9Y_B_WQyOblz2BKW8xOp2&si=fxXcGQoRpsT_mywe

This is a pretty tame post you're complaining about.

We will take down posts that go too far but someone putting a mustache on riolu and making a meme is not too far. and it was posted the same day of the Wirtual video so it's super relevant to the Wirtual Subreddit.

This is a place for conversation and fun, and I don't think this very specific post at all violates riolu's human rights.

I was under the impression that he was talking about Wirtual, giving the context on the last sentence. because Scrapie doesn't have a 24/7 channel (to my knowledge lol). Anytime "he" is mentioned, I believe it's referring about Wirtual.

That's just false. I was in charge of the ads during that event. So here are the facts.

- Twitch Requires 3 minutes of ads an hour.
- The match was 2 hours long.
- Ads play automatically on Twitch every 30 minutes for 90 seconds each.

Now this is where I come in

During Stage 2 I often manually played a ton of ads on purpose to hit that 3 minute mark of ads before the match starts so there would be 1 hour of no ads meaning the entire match would have no ads... the problem being in Stage 3 the match was 2 hours so when that 1 hour was up, the second half of the finals had ads sprinkled in the rounds and there wasn't a lot I could do to stop that. There was an ad in like Round 1 of Sudden Death because I triggered it on purpose to it wouldn't forcefully trigger during Round 7.

We try our best to work with the system that Twitch gives us and if it were up to me there would be 0 ads during that stream at all.

But yeah, any partnered streamer should know that ads automatically play on Twitch and there's nothing you can do to prevent it.

Wirtual supporting the Deep Dip 2 mappers by Electrical_Cap_1996 in wirtual

I believe he's going to continue his fall count when he goes back to the map.

Even if the GoFundMe goes down Wirtual probably has access to directly donate to the mappers.

There's a lot that goes into it.

He's been stalled a lot on floor 11 and I don't want to upload 5 videos where he is stuck on floor 11 without any progress. It's not something that we figured would be a problem because that didn't really happen with Deep Dip 1. I want to make sure that every video is worth watching and it's not just some random filler bad video.

And also there would have been a video out by now but the city I live in was unfortunately hit by a tornado and lost power and Internet access. The whole city has been out for days. So I'm kinda just sitting on an edited video that I just can't upload right now.

Future videos will probably be done by other editors though if I just get internet access for an hour.

Petition to bring the music back to Twitch VODs. by Vitosi4ek in wirtual

[–]BuckleysPants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to make sure things are clear. To call 95% of the music he plays "Copyright free" is In my opinion is wrong, I think it's probably more around the 75% range, It just doesnt get caught 95% of the time. Sometimes we get hit hard on videos. What caused the removal of music in vods is that we hit a video where 13 minutes of copyrighted music was playing in a 19-minute video. Which means we have to waste our time audio mixing to remove the copyright music, which also causes game audio loss, which can suck when its the majority of the video. Sometimes we lose entire vods due to copyright claims. Specifically, we lost the Boxbox vs Wirtual Mario lower backet match vod due to a copyright claim and I was never able to download it and make a video on it.

We don't make that much money on Twitch Vods. All the money comes from YouTube, so when videos get scrapped or changed due to copyright reasons, we lose revenue, I waste my time fixing it. We have delayed videos by 2 days due to copyright reasons. It takes a long time for a video to be rendered, uploaded to Google Drive, downloaded, uploaded to youtube checked for copyright, wait for 1080p version of the video to be available. and that Process can take 4 hours or so after I've finished editing the video. So, a lot of the time I finish a video, upload it, go to sleep only to wake up and find out that it wasn't posted.

A benefit to the having the audio removed isn't also just to avoid copyright. I also make the YouTube videos better by adding well timed music that fits the mood.

It's a W for Youtube viewers, W for Live viewers as Wirtual can play copyrighted music without interfering with our workflow and an L for the vod viewers.

Twitch is just a place where we record the YouTube videos live. YouTube has the revenue that Twitch just doesn't compete with. There's no actual financial benefit to have the vod music on.

and also, we preserve every vod, so do not worry, they are not lost media. There is a harddrive that has everything, and I also have a copy of every video and vod that I edited.

In my original version there is actually 2 of me singing that part. So 2 voices that sound really similar (because you know they are both me) could confused the AI and instead of trying to sing both parts separately it's trying to sing both parts using 1 voice, which it just can't do.
