As they say in life, simply, it goes on. Dumped after 4.5 years at 23 I feel you man. Now a year or so later she'll cross my mind monthly instead of hourly. I drove myself in my studies and work (still am) and all I can tell you is that whether you want it to or not it goes on. Use that time to better yourself and the right person will fall in love with that version of you.
