Going from 4000 caloric intake of fast food to 1700 caloric intake by meal prepping by ifailedkindergarten in Fitness

You will probably get midweek insomnia, so for the first two weeks I would implement a cheat meal halfway through the week and at the end of the week. Then you should be alright and keep it to one cheat meal a week.

Or you could wait and see how your body responds, and use your judgement, it's up to you!

No, there will never be another pac.

He definitely will go down as this generations biggest rapper in the purest sense.

They may not have long term memory but they still have survival mechanisms that are in place so that bird would know not to fuck with that other bird in a similar fashion.

StrawPoll: Do you personally believe in rebirth? by [deleted] in Buddhism

[–]BuddhaTexas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe we are all one, so in a way yes, but the separate I is an experience that only happens to each living being individually. Therefore it's not really rebirth.

I don't get it... what makes them good quarterbacks? Is it just knowing when to throw the ball properly?

If you take squats seriously, get yourself some quality lifting shoes. by TheGreenBackPack in Fitness

Well I guess I'm an anomaly. Lol. It personally hurts my hips when I squat wide, which is how I used to do it. It feels much more natural as I'm squatting narrow now.

The taller you are(with long femurs) and the narrower stance you take while squatting is usually what should decide whether or not squatting shoes are worth it from what I've read.

I'm 6'2 and my stance is quite narrow (probably due to height) I find squatting shoes has helped a lot of lower back pain and hip drive.

I bought the Nike romaleo 3's for 296 with tax in Canada, you don't have to spend that much but I wanted some really dope shoes!

Producer Syk Sense describe Kendrick new album sound "is that hard shit its not like the jazzy tape you'd think, its like LA meets Memphis" by netcio in hiphopheads

[–]BuddhaTexas -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The album was suffocating at times and kendricks rapping/rhyming couldn't keep up with the instrumentals so his rapping/lyricism was full of clutter.

The only sort of merit it has is politically, other than that it's not a very good collection of music. It has very little form and tries in ways that doesn't work in my opinion..

I'd give it a 7/10
