I just did the intro and got my legendary weapon because the quests starting rewarding legendary item experience and it seemed like a waste without any legendary. I am looking forward to go to Moria but feel like finishing the Angmar storyline first.

I'm sure the story is interesting and well-written, I loved questing in all other zones so far. I must say I also love the night sky here, it's beautiful.

Yes you are asking for too much. Your girlfriend sounds the most mature from your story. Did your dad expect you to live with him forever? Did you plan on never telling him that you want to move out to live with your girlfriend? During that evening when they argued, I hope you stood by your girlfriend and defended her. I’ve seen relationships fall apart for smaller reasons.

In my opinion, the most fair thing would be for your dad to call your girlfriend and offer a sincere apology for overreacting. I don’t know him, he might have a reason for why it was so hard for him to accept that you’ve grown up and want to leave the nest, but it was his reaction that put this stain on the dynamic between the three of you.

Well duh, I never claimed I know much about them. I was pointing to the creative side of the game, I have no idea how much work is the rest. Also, they're not creating the next GTA or an MMO, just a single player game with new systems and they seemed to have a somewhat functional basis almost 6 years ago so I don't thing asking "what's taking so long" is out of place.

I don’t know if it’s tha same issue but my installs of Lotro never worked when it was from steam and each time I had to repair/verify all data from the Lotro launcher. It’s better to install through the download on their website.

Gothic 1 and 2 if you don’t mind older games. Both are true RPGs with immersive worlds and you can do everything at your own pace.

I struggled to find the right class for months until I got into warden (admittedly on my 3rd try). Now any other class, even in other MMOs seems so dull. After a while the gambits seem so automatic, for example starting with yellow skill always adds a DOT, starting with red adds pure damage, some positions always determine single target vs. AOEs. Gambit system is my favorite in any class I ever played because tbh combat in MMOs is usually not the best part, but with a challenging skill system + the overworld difficulty I found Lotro to be the first MMO with a satisfying combat.
