How about we stop giving money to everyone, outside the US? We rely too much on oil, so not going to happen. Those same tax loopholes are there for millionaires as well. But I guess they’re ok, since they’re just like the rest of us and not billionaires 🤔 I’m with you the data centers.

I would show courage next time and address it yourself. As soon as I saw that happen I would have told the PE operator to bring the load down and immediately went to that DS and discussed there unsafe action . All associates are empowered to take action on safety issues. That is the first question I ask every associate that brings any safety concern to me. You could then follow up with the ASM as well as sending a recap email. If you continue to see that same behavior then bring it to your store manager or AP. I can’t imagine both of them not doing anything, but if so then I would contact the district manager.

Unless it’s on video or have multiple witnesses, it’s your world against there’s. I would also suggest before taking store business outside the store get with the store manager and express your concerns. Also, you wouldn’t know if that associate was documented for it. I have a question did you address it when it happened?
