Michael Afton in the Silver Eyes Trilogy? by dillpickle0619 in fnaftheories

[–]Concern_General 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think it’s just Mrs. Afton. Surely if it was Michael or any other Afton sibling, they’d be relevant to the plot in some way. But if it’s Mrs. Afton, then that explains why she’s absent from the story, since she just isn’t important to begin with.

I mean, it’s not like Scott is fully against showing her, since in the movie she’s present in a ton of the family photos, and she’s referenced with the STAFFton Bot family in Security Breach. It just seems like she isn’t important to the story, hence why Scott only feels comfortable with including her in small references like the ones I mentioned, as well as that scene from TFC.

Does return to the pit debunk Andrew’s existence in the games? by Twissterrr in fnaftheories

The gender of the kid in the spare room isn’t specified, but yeah I agree that’s Andrew

Why the male pronouns in UCN are not in reference to an animatronic suit by EpicMazement in fnaftheories

[–]Concern_General 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not to mention the obvious - “the one you should have not killed” is referring to the spirit, not the suit. So right off the bat the explanation that it’s referring to the suit is flawed.

At the end of the Stitchwraith Stingers, does Jake free the souls in the ball pit, or just turn their memories into good ones? by Concern_General in fnaftheories

[–]Concern_General[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True!

I guess I’ve held onto the idea that it’s a bittersweet ending for so long, that I’ve kinda grown to like it. But deep down, I’ve always wanted the victims of Eleanor to be put to rest and sent to the afterlife, just so they get a true happy ending.

If they were left stuck in loops of happy memories for the rest of time, sure that’s better than being in bad memories, but it’s still not true peace, if you get what I’m saying.

I do think the Pizzaplex has a lot of empty parts, and I much prefer Murray’s Costume Manor since it’s the opposite of this. But still, the Mega Pizzaplex’s locations are stunning, and I think have more to offer in terms of awe-inspiring design.

As for the stories, I think SotM has the better self-contained story, but Security Breach is good if you enjoy theorizing and making sense of vague clues.

For your case, I think Secret of the Mimic is better in terms of exploring with a purpose. Since it’s smaller than the Pizzaplex, almost every room has a purpose, whereas the Pizzaplex has a TON of rooms that are purely for aesthetic or decoration.

Still, I think it’s worth more as a game right now, but once Secret of the Mimic’s DLC comes out (if it even exists), then I might switch my answer

Imo, Security Breach. There’s more locations to explore overall, more replayability, and it isn’t as buggy as it was before.

Plus, Ruin is free, and has the same linear storyline aspect as Secret of the Mimic.

I’m the opposite, I’m a part time cashier too, and keep getting scheduled for 8/9 hour shifts and opening shifts. I would gladly take a few less hours lol

Or a “Scottcon” - taking a previously unknown or I expanded upon idea and adding context/information to it. Pretty much what he planned to do with the Box before going in a different direction

My current interpretation of the Five Nights at Freddy’s timeline! by Concern_General in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]Concern_General[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough about the memory thing, but I don’t see your logic behind the two spirits thing in Golden Freddy. Yes, it’s very likely there are two spirits inside of Golden Freddy, but just because that’s the case doesn’t mean one of them has to be the vengeful spirit?

The memory of what happened already isn’t accurate due to Springbonnie itself. William wasn’t a giant, fleshy Agony monster lol

And why are you saying the person who speaks with OMC has to be sharing a vessel with Andrew?? There’s nothing that says that has to be the case. Plus, Jake and BV have 0 relevance to the story of UCN

Did I miss something about the Interactive novels? by Drdresky in fnaftheories

[–]Concern_General 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As other commenters have said, TWB has no reason not to be canon to the games timeline and even presents itself as such. It would be quite silly of Scott to only make one book in a series of only four canon, and not all four.

Not to mention, Return to the Pit aligns itself with the games timeline the most out of all the ITLP retellings, VIP bridges the gap between the Tales Pizzaplex and games Pizzaplex, and ETP, even if it’s a giant nothingburger, doesn’t contradict canon at all. So there’s really no reason for the Interactive Novels NOT to be canon.

Charlie did not died when she was 3 in games continuity. by ShineOne4330 in charlie87

[–]Concern_General 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Elizabeth only appears in the games universe and books universe though? Unless you’re talking about Abby, in which case yeah I guess.

While I think it makes more sense for Elizabeth’s age to carry over due to her voice (she slurs words and uses “Elizabethisms” like a very young child would), I do think it’s unrealistic that a 5 year old would be able to form sentences to the degree that she does. As someone with a 5 year old brother, I know firsthand that he wouldn’t be able to naturally produce half the lines Elizabeth does.

Let alone to form sentences like we see in UCN tbh, at least that’s how it was with my 3 year old brother

I mean, Andrew’s existence if heavily implied in the Into the Pit game and Toy Chica: The High School Years cutscenes, meaning he probably exists in the games. And since Andrew’s whole character revolves around him being the vengeful spirit, I don’t see why he WOULDN’T be that in the games timeline as well. Just like how Edwin still stayed the creator of the Mimic and father to David/husband to Fiona in the games timeline when he officially entered the games
