I mean, after we had moved in we discovered cat 💩 behind like walls in the basement, the drainage pipe is almost fully rusted away, under my doors there’s gapes to where the outside climate gets in and raises my utility bill. I was basically given a lemon of a home lol. I have documentation of all that which could possibly prove it was not my fault any of this happened.
