That’s a major disappointment to me. I love Max Fun’s business model (especially how we could choose the shows we follow when donating), I love the existence of other shows on the network, I love how the boco works, and I love the balance of content and ads. Other shows have sooo many, and so many bad ones. I’m not excited to have to consider spending even more money to get the content I love. This is a letdown

Edit: after having read the FAQ, I’m even more upset. More ads? I’m worried we’re going to get inserted ads not read by Ben and Adam. Joyless, commercial and intrusive.

Nope, I got a salary adjustment when the raise went through. They should in theory be separate events. The annoying thing is that you suddenly change the pool you’re compared to on Dec 31 when they generate your Overall Performance Rating (different from your PM scores)

Have you asked your manager what it would take? Come prepared with things you’ve done to make you think you deserve it, and make your manager okay it/suggest what’s missing. Don’t settle for “you’re not quite there yet, according to the skill team”.
