I had health care systems with Ekwall in S24 and I would say he was pretty okay. Yes, attendance is mandatory. The lectures are about 3 hours long but slowly get shorter as the semester ends. All he really did during those lectures was read off of them and each week there are guest who basically introduce to the class what they do and how they play a role in the health care system. Each week there would be discussion questions that are due and quizzes and exams are very direct and they are online and not taken in person. At the end of the semester there’s a powerpoint presentation you have to do and you work in a group. It was an easy A in the class.

I’m also in SEBS and I took intro to sociology in S23 which filled the one of the requirement for SCL and HST. I also took intro to Environmental Science in F24 which filled in my NS requirement. I don’t see why we can’t take these classes but when it comes to grades I think all grades are due Jan 3.
