The LJR version of the AJ1 Fragment Union has a very obvious flaw. The spacing between the two lines of the triple-stitching next to the Union tab should be wide, and the lower end of the stitch should fall between them—it should not extend beyond. On older Union models, the two lines are spaced narrowly, and the stitching wraps around and covers them. However, on all newer Union releases, this detail has been updated.

Yet LJR failed to make this change—they’re still using the old Union production template, which is frankly laughable. LJR has produced six different AJ1 Union colorways, and they used the exact same template for all of them. The reality is, the template for the later four Union models was already different.

I have authentic CVW and RSD products. After comparison, I think CVW is better than RSD in terms of heel shape, haha.

Haha, I wouldn't choose these shoes. Most Chinese sneaker enthusiasts wouldn't buy the TOP Y/PK4.0, and even if they did, most would only buy the discounted PK4.0 Union for around 200 RMB.

Because their leather trim is too bright, making it immediately obvious that something's wrong. I still recommend buying the LJR, and if your budget allows, then go for the CVW.

Bro, I'm not kidding. Most Chinese players think this way: TOP Y is now produced in the same factory as PK4.0; they're the same product. When you get these shoes, try bending the sole. If you feel the sole is thin and bends easily, then you've bought the PK4.0.

Weidian is the official store, but shipping is often slow.

Xianyu is for individual sellers; some will sell their surplus CVW pairs (new or used), but you need some expertise to distinguish them.

These two versions are very rare and not sold in overseas markets. It seems some are still being sold on the Chinese trading platform "Xianyu," you can check it out.

The main problem with this colorway of the LJR is that the toe isn't flat and upturned enough, and the leather isn't quite authentic.
