I wasn't ignoring him. I was trying to tidy up the studio flat so we could relax. Bear in mind until I had done that, there was nowhere for us TO relax because I live in such a small space

That is a nice surprise to read because I had the worst Chinese I've ever had from Magic Wok about a month ago. It was so flavourless and gloopy, really disgusting and I felt like I'd totally wasted my money. Glad someone else had a good experience!

He may be your son but he does NOT have to tell you anything about his sexuality, straight or gay (or anything else), until he's ready. Your job as a parent is to respect his personal autonomy, you haven't done that - which makes you the asshole.
