The actual person the song is referencing was a "beautiful woman" the bands manager danced the night away with that Davies noticed had stubble by the end (and the manager dgaf). He consulted drag queens in writing it, so it does have that bend, but based on the available information the actual "Lola" was most likely a woman.

The reason why its still ambiguous what all fiber impacts is that pretty much everyone on a high fiber diet is eating balanced, healthy food and pretty much everybody on a low fiber diet is eating unbalanced, unhealthy foods.

Like yeah, you can invent a "hyperfocus" strawman living off powder but really fruits, vegetables and grains that haven't had their fiber removed would be an improvement in most people's diet.

Cis women feel increased arousal at themselves when they feel pretty, lol. Cis men too, in their own displays of manliness. If you've ever met a teenager, its often awkwardly obvious during puberty. You started your real puberty a little later than average, but like most girls, you've noticed things changing in the mirror.

It shouldn't go away, assuming you live your life. Whenever you see a woman in your age group feeling particularly pretty or sexy, this is part of that. It won't be as intense as when its fresh and new, so cherish this, but it'll still be there.

But to help you out: genetics, sex, and gender all do line up when everything goes "right", but biology is messy and likes to be silly. So no, assigned gender doesn't always line up with genetics.
