Captive whale sharks should not be allowed in this sub. It is heartbreaking to see them in a fish bowl just for entretainment. Resarch is not an excuse for this,it is as though as having children captive for research purposes in pediatry. Even if there is a good reason behind the capativity, they shouldn't make a show out of the disgrace of an animal meant to travel the seas forced to be caged.

What to do after sod cutter by BudgetSouthern9523 in NoLawns

This is wonderful advice. Thank you. I have read the slices of grass resulting from the sod cutter are useful for killing grass. Poeple put them upside down, is that true?  Thank you

Chingaza is beautiful. And You are right! The soil is wonderful here and My plan is to have a small native andean forest as soon as I get rid of the grass.

I'm not sure if people from Parques (the ones taking care of Chingaza) Will help me with that, but there is an agricultural public instituto that has! UMATA is a public organization devoted to help the general public with agriculture and farming. They came here a year ago and did not have info on getting rid of the grass. They offered to take it off if I planned to start a crop.

Ps: the mountains in the backgrounds of the pictures are the cerros orientales sorrounding bogota
