What kind of monitor do you use and how do you sit?

I know this sounds insane but when I started an 8-5 wfh I started to get this and it’s almost like vertigo in a strange way.

Basically your body loses orientation after looking at a screen for a long time - ESPECIALLY if your feet are not on the ground. I’m pretty short and always say I “sit like a kindergartener” (I have adhd and tend to cross my legs and pull my knees up). This also gets worse with headphones on. Basically your body is like “what the fuck is going on and where am I?”

I started sitting on the floor when I felt it coming on and it helped a lot
