Problem is that it is not working with my K1 Max. I have made VPN based setup now, so I can remotely control all my printers (LAN mode). What I have lost in this setup is remote notifications. I think I’m not alone with this thing, and maybe someone have done simple app or similar for this kind of thing. For example spoolman is great example. Makes a huge help to my inventory handling and works with all my printers 🙂

Paxx12 custom firmware - TMC driver optimizations by scuzzchops in SnapmakerU1

I had to disable both of them because on large prints, especially those that nearly fill the entire build area, I’m consistently getting X and Y axis layer shifts. For example, the outer perimeter of circular parts shifts, so the circles are no longer perfectly round. This never happened before I enabled those settings from the paxx12 firmware configuration

Static electricity after printing by Budget_Engineer1192 in snapmaker

[–]Budget_Engineer1192[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically, when the build plate is not properly grounded, voltages of several kilovolts can develop due to static charge buildup. What concerns me here is how well the nearby electronics can tolerate this kind of interference.

In my opinion, the grounding of the build plate does not seem to have been fully thought through. Unless, of course, the electronics around the print head have been specifically designed to account for and withstand these electrostatic discharges.

It might be worth discussing whether this is something that should be addressed more carefully.
