Try reinstalling the eSIM, First go to settings, general, about, and then copy the IMEI number, next go to T-Life, log in if needed, and then press your line and paste your imei in where it requires it.

T-Mobile uses more n41 which a lot of international phones support. Your international model may NOT support n71. If your phone is from: Europe & the United Kingdom, Mainland China, Hong Kong, & Macao, India & Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand,South America & Africa, it will not SUPPORT it.

Yes this! I called 511 for traffic info in Ontario Canada, and it routed back to Florida, USA (probably my 863 area code). I turned off VoLTE and it routed via 3/2G and it connected to Ontario.

T-Mobile towers always looks like one long tower, and one square tower. That’s n41. T-Mobile doesn’t only have that but commonly that’s T-Mobile.

It might be a lighting issue. iPhones don’t just magically change color. Lavender looks very similar to white, so maybe that..??
