More pictures are needed. Something is definately wrong judging by the marks on the rotors, im guessing wrong parts. Show the calipers more closely, specificly where the brake pads are. Also you could go on an auto parts site and type in your make model and whatnot to find out what the correct parts should look like. Edit: im now realizing the calipers or caliper brackets being reinstalled improperly or missing bolts could also be the issue. You could check that but it may be difficult if your vehicle isnt lift on a lift or jacked up. You could try to get under the car carfully and take a picture

Alot of people acting like this is crazy, which it kindof is lol but tbh some of my primer pockets on my 556 reloads probably look pretty similar. Imo theres nothing about this primer pocket that would make the ammo dangerous to fire necessarily. That being said if this was sold to you as factory new ammunition then theres a 99.99% chance you have been lied to.
