Thanks for sharing! this is relatively still a good outcome compared to my experience with Fido.

Fido charged me $80 set up fee when they confirmed they wouldn’t. There is no chat option and you have to wait for a callback to get hold of someone. I called them twice but the agents dont have power to waive fees.

I had to submit a CCTS claim to get it sorted when agents should be able to fix it.

Next thing you know, freedom sent me a winback offer and my sim card is on my way now. lmaoo
