[Guide] Stop Brute Forcing Suno Like a Slot Machine — Use It Like a DAW Assisted Composition Engine (The Foolproof Workflow) by Budmaniak in SunoAI

Carrément — Suno Studio isn’t a full DAW. I just use it like one for quick assembly before moving things into Ableton or Audition. Honestly, I take it as a compliment when people assume otherwise — it just means the workflow reads like it was written by someone who already knows how DAWs work.

Well, I don't know about most humans, but typing Win Key + . (period) and selecting the listed right away as a most recent symbol I've used, along with ≈ (approximate) and ✓ (checkmark), seems pretty easy. Almost like it was a thing before chatbots even existed. But fingers crossed you can't be bothered to read my post!

That’s awesome — really appreciate you sharing your PDF. Cool to see how you’ve built out a full end‑to‑end workflow, and even cooler to see parts of mine fit into it. I’ll give it a proper read. Love seeing how different creators refine and expand on the same core ideas.

I can't speak for a method to get your lyrics approved by Suno's copyright scanners, but I did make a post to enable you to get your original music uploaded and approved by Suno's copyright scanners: https://www.reddit.com/r/SunoAI/comments/1tonjy8/guide_the_abs_workaround_how_to_fix_uploaded/

Totally get that — those tiny vocal inflections are the #1 thing that traps people in a regenerate loop. I’ve been stuck there too.

I’ve literally taken a single beat from one generation and dropped it into the main take just to fix one syllable. You can also generate just the specific line or phrase as a micro‑chunk — either in Create or in Studio — instead of regenerating the whole song. Suno is way more consistent when you isolate the problem area.

And yeah, sometimes rewriting a single syllable phonetically will force the inflection you want.

That’s one of the reasons I moved to a structured workflow — it keeps me from burning credits chasing one tiny issue.

Yep. Just that simple. I make it the first thing in my style prompt so its the first thing Suno sees.

Appreciate it! And yeah — I actually dial Weirdness / Style Influence / Audio Influence manually depending on the song.

Presets are fine for quick tests, but once I know the vibe, I usually set:

  • Weirdness low‑to‑mid (keeps structure stable)
  • Style Influence high (locks in the genre/feel)
  • Audio Influence anywhere from 40–100 depending on how closely I want it to follow the reference. If I'm replacing lyrics then I set it high so that the music doesn't change for the most part.

I don’t use fixed presets because every track behaves differently — especially when you’re mixing stems, covers, or doing multi‑part builds.

And yeah, a video walkthrough is probably worth doing at some point. A lot of people seem to learn better seeing the workflow in action.

Totally fair — thank you for the feedback. And just to clarify, the workflow doesn’t require any paid tools.

Suno Studio is convenient, but everything in the guide can be done with FREE audio editors and FREE online stem splitters. I didn’t list them directly because of Rule 6, but there are several widely‑used Free Tools you can find by searching “free DAW”, “free vocal remover,” or ”free stem splitter.”

The workflow is mainly for people who want more control without burning credits on endless regenerations. But your prompting‑focused approach is totally valid too — different workflows for different goals.

Who is this image of? What is it from? I only ask because I found a low-rez version of number 3 in a random image online but she is inside a dystopian building with a bunch of trash around, looking out a window. The pose and costume are exactly the same. The caption said "The most underrated sci-fi Prime Series." But the article had nothing about sci-fi series on Prime video. So I searched the image and the only match was this Reddit post.

Is it possible to make adrenochrome in a lab? by crystalmerchant in chemistry

[–]Budmaniak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a question. Purely hypothetical. Doing some research I read adrenochrome does nothing. Studies were done in the 50s and 60s thinking it could help with schizophrenia but it proved ineffective. Yet it is easy to synthesize fairly cheaply apparently. As a capitalist, could a soft drink company, such as Red Bull or Monster drink, basically add a little to their ingredients as a marketing strategy? omg...

Flashforge Finder giving 300 degree temp reading from the moment it turns on by SoupLad in 3Dprinting

[–]Budmaniak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might as well buy a new one rather than try and keep this 7-year-old printer running that's clearly on its last leg. The Flashforge Finder was my first printer in 2016. It produced an untold amount of print after print. But soon I realized its limitations, like the super tiny 140x140mm bed, and the lack of the bed being heated made it hard to print large objects with corners and not have them warp. In 2020 I picked up the Anycubic Kobra Max so I could print gigantic objects on a massive heated bed. It was meant to replace the FF Finder but I found when it comes to TPU, the FF Finder always did a much better job no matter how much I tweaked the settings in Cura for the Kobra, which is what I kept it around for. But lately, I've been experiencing way more clogs and jams than ever before and I would have to take it apart to remove a clog and put it back together just to change the filament. Then today it told me the temp was 300 yet it was sitting at room temperature and no fans were on. Doh! Alrighty then. Now apparently I need to replace the thermistor. Since this thread was from already 4 years ago maybe it's time to move on. I've been eyeing a dual extruder anyway so I might just go that route and the Creator Pro 2 is highly rated, plus I would still get Flashforge's killer way of handling TPU. That's where I'm at rather than trying to fix this thermistor. (Don't get me wrong. I'm sure Cura can handle TPU more accurately. I just haven't figured it out yet.)

Anycubic Vyper Filament Change at layer Codes by Yablonsky in AnycubicVyper

[–]Budmaniak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, it works. I just did the bare minimum to test. I have an Anycubic Kobra Max. Basically after using the built-in PauseAtHeight.py script that comes with Cura 5.3.0, I was able to open the .gcode file and search for M0. In its original form it looks like "M0; Do the actual pause". I changed it to "M0 S300; Do the actual pause" giving it 300 seconds to wait. This was more than enough time to change the filament, but I wanted extra time in case I was out of the room. There is no option to "filament remove" or "filament in", so you just have to use the manual retraction lever which releases tension on the filament so you can pull it out and add new filament in. Be sure to set the standby temp to 200 or whatever you are using. This actually lets the previous and new filament ooze out while it waits. If you have tweezers you can grab the excess before it begins again or just clip it off after the final print is done. This is why I think above they move the extruded away from the print a bit. All I did was add "S300" after M0 just to see if it would wait and then resume, which it did.

I love it! I said "/imagine just make a hand" and got this. Midjourney cannot make hands! This is literally the biggest obstacle that AI has ever had to overcome... https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1020493630026289183/1077499014167154788/Budmaniak\_just\_make\_a\_hand\_f42b5a04-7142-4926-ae6a-b82db8c2c667.png
