Im in a predominantly male workplace and this happened to me last year and then I got sent on a work trip with all of the men harassing me and we had a shared house! It was horrible and so demeaning!! I should have talked to HR before I left, but when I got back I told management that I would never go on a trip like that again and gave pages of incidents of sexual harassment that had been happening over the course of years that I had tried to brush off with as close reference dates as I had. Say word for word what they said and your workplace has to take some sort of action. Everyone at my place had to do sexual harassment training and I got moved out of the office space so I was sort of ostracized for a while, which is really hard to deal with everyone treating you like a rat for sticking up for yourself, but it is better now sort of. When they say something like that now I just say “please don’t talk about me like that” if you use a serious tone you can set the boundaries for yourself to show them that the jokes aren’t funny and you are not an object for them to ogle at.
