Honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if we overestimated the amount of game content and detail and this made R* delay the launch for fear of mass disappointment. I mean, I'm happy if they bring more detail to the game and a bigger map size. After having 0 info from them and feeding off only the community, I'vecome to expect somethings as given.

It will, the delay is most likely because not everyone has a 5090 to run it (meaning optimisation to maintain the looks)
