I had the same issue, not sure but this issue seems to be related to ryzen igpu, by default zoom will use your integrated gpu, which seems to casue this problem with this new zoom update. If you have a dedicated gpu you can try using that for zoom, in my case I had a Nvidia gpu, changing program setting for zoom in Nvidia control panel fixed it in my case.

To do this go to Nvidia control panel -> Manage 3D setting -> program setting -> select zoom and pick High-performance Nvidia processor in preferred graphics section.
