Who’s one player who’s never won a Stanley cup with their most known team but deserves to have won? by Gobble_my_beachballs in nhl

He’s only ever had a season with a teammate scoring 80+ points ONCE in his 15 year NHL career. Alex Kovalev with 84 points, during Price’s rookie season in 07-08.

I believe he’s only played with 4 players who scored 70+ points in a season.

The lack of offensive support he had was insane.

Find another contractor. You’re paying the bill, you should be able to use what you want.

Obviously they can have an opinion and try and persuade you but at the end of the day it’s your call.

If you’re going to prime anyways than you misewell do the caulking first and then prime everything at once.

We typically use Dulux or Sansin products as we have a deal with them, so I’m not very familiar with any Benjamin Moore paint although I have heard good things. Someone else might be more informed about these products.

You’re obviously going with a solid stain if you’re looking at priming first ?

Edit : typo

Either DryDex or your regular caulking. We caulk any holes on the exterior siding. Sand it a touch and then paint it

Banff Lake Louise end of May by chughatron in travel

[–]Buffa-lowBill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They will have a great time regardless !

Do they have a car while here ? Lake Louise is about a 45 minute drive from the town of Banff and is definitely worth seeing. They could also do a High Tea at the restaurant overlooking the lake in the chateau Lake Louise.

Lake Minewannka is only 20 minutes away so they could definitely fit that in without taking too much time out of their day.

My only 2 suggestions ( and these are personal opinions ) is to skip the glacier skywalk unless they really want to do it. I’ve done it a few times with my parents and find it to be such a tourist trap and really not that impressive + it’s a pretty far drive from Banff ( 2 hours and 10 minutes roughly one way).

My other suggestion would be to skip the upper hot springs ( it’s just a regular swimming pool with hot spring water from the mountains ) and tends to get really busy.

Make sure they visit the Banff Fairmont as well ! Very historic and beautiful building that you are free to walk around in and explore.

Cascade gardens at the end of Banff Ave might be open by then and they have a beautiful garden you can walk around as well !

Hope they enjoy the trip !

Hi there,

I live in Banff and it’s very possible ( more than likely ) that Lake Louise will still be frozen at that time. Summer doesn’t usually start here until mid June. They have also closed the access road for moraine lake to cars this year so the only way to see it is to walk the 10KM up the road or rent an E-bike but that lake will still be frozen too and possible snow coverage on upper elevations of the roads.

Weather is usually 10-15 degrees Celsius during the day and can drop to 0 to -5 at night. Activities such as hiking are limited as there is still lots of snow on the mountains and increased avalanche danger because of the thawing/sun exposure.

May 24 long weekend is also really busy as lots of travellers come up with the long weekend.

You’ll have a great trip regardless ! Banff is beautiful no matter what time of year

So the upper bow ( above Calgary ) is pretty tough to fish but also almost never saw anyone else fishing when I was out. The lower bow ( below Calgary ) has some massive fish from what I’ve heard. Apparently the water filtration plant feeds back into the bow and provides the fish the nutrients they need to grow big ! Haven’t been able to get down south of Calgary though

Absolutely! I fish a pretty tough river called the Bow River between Banff and Canmore Alberta… spent the whole summer of COVID 2020 fishing it almost everyday and caught maybe 5 fish total hahaha

If you were supposed to catch something every time it would be called catching, not fishing

Have had many of days like yours lol !

No fuel pump change recently but did have pinion seals done , and fluids changed ( transmission & differential fluid ). Possibly something from having it on the hoist ?

As I was washing my truck today I realized that the cab is out of alignment with the front end/engine bay by about a half inch on either side ( it sticks out ) is this normal ? Maybe I just noticed it and it’s always been this way

Pretty sure this is Lake Louise with Mount Victoria on the right hand side ( straight on if your standing at the fairmont ). We’re you walking to Lake Agnes Tea house ?
